Return policy

At Savora, every piece is made to be loved for years. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right, quickly and without the runaround.


Cancellations

Changed your mind? No problem, as long as you act fast.

You can cancel or edit your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing info@savorajewelry.com After 24 hours, your order is usually already in production or on its way to our warehouse, and we may no longer be able to make changes.


30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. If a piece doesn't feel right, email us and we'll walk you through the process.

Please note: All returns must be approved by our team before being sent back. Unapproved returns can't be accepted.

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • In its original packaging (including any protective pouches)
  • Free from scratches, marks, odor, or signs of wear
  • Returned with a tracking number
  • Pre-approved by our customer service team

What Can't Be Returned

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale and clearance items

Non-returnable items are always clearly marked on the product page and at checkout.


Return Shipping

Changed your mind

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and is non-refundable.

Faulty or damaged items

You're entitled to a free replacement, and in most cases you won't need to return the item, unless we ask for it as part of our quality check.


Problem With Your Order?

If your item arrived damaged or faulty

Email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • The name of the affected item
  • A short description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damage
  • A photo of the outer packaging (if it looks damaged too)

If you received the wrong item

Email us with:

  • Your order number
  • The item you ordered
  • The item you actually received
  • A clear photo of the incorrect item

If the mix-up was on our end, we'll send the correct piece out to you at no cost.


Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you'd like a different size, style, or color, simply return the original item (once approved) and place a new order for the piece you want.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


How to Start a Return

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)
  • Whether you'd prefer a refund or a replacement

Once approved, we'll send you the return address and step-by-step instructions.

Our team replies to all return requests within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.
